Evensong is a small farm and proud of it! We love working with other small businesses whenever we can. Our hogs have been turned into everything from charcuterie to tacos, and our eggs are set aside by chefs to be used only in the best dishes on the menu.
Since we do not produce animals on a large scale, our restaurant and retail customers feel we are better suited for a “Market Menu” as opposed to a seasonal or permanent one. Promising a shop one fresh hog a week is not something we would consider. However, whole and half hogs are available on an occasional basis, and we are happy to discuss our schedule with you.
